The project is a comprehensive review of the City of Portola General Plan, including all elements except Housing (which was updated in 2010). The General Plan is a State-mandated document including policies and action programs on land use, transportation, natural resource conservation, hazard mitigation, urban design, and community services. The General Plan Review will update and supersede the existing City of Portola General Plan, which was adopted in 2001.
