The Project is limited to the expansion of the Broadway Plaza commercial area in the Broadway Plaza Shopping Center in the city of Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County California. The Project will include the expansion of the existing Macy's building, demolition and expansion of a previously existing bridge and demolition and re-construction of a prevously existing parking structure over approximately 0.39 acres of San Ramon Creek. CDFW is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2013-0384-R3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Applicant/Organization.
