The proposed project would implement the phased redevelopment of the existing campus with multiple new buildings ranging from one to three stories in height within up to 184,000 gross sf, for an increase of ~74,000 sf over existing conditions. The new buildings would be situated around and oriented towards a landscaped open space. Access to the campus would continue to be provided form Old Sonoma Road and Walnut Avenue, although the location of driveways and on-site circulation routes has not yet been determined. The number of parking spaces would be increased to accommodate the increase in building sf, although the precise number of spaces has not yet been determined. The proposed project would be developed in phases occurring over the next 20 years or less.
