The City adopted an updated Housing Element for the 2014-2019 planning period on September 4, 2014. An Addendum to the Initial Study/Negative Declaration (ND) Housing Element Update, Historical & Cultural Resources Element and General Plan/Zoning Amendments (SCH No. 2011112001) was also adopted. It demonstrates that the environmental analysis and impacts identified in the previous ND (12/1/11) remain substantively unchanged, and supports the finding that the proposed project does not exceed the level of impacts identified in the previous ND.
