Document Description
Project proposes activities necessary to 1) drill and test a total of 49 oil and gas wells in the Diatomite zone using cyclic steam injection and fracturing production technology, 2) convert four idles wells to be operational for steam injection, 3) construct and operate Thermally-Enhanced Oil Recovery system, 4) drill one new gas disposal well and use one existing oil/gas well for gas disposal, 5) construct and operate gathering facility, power supply and control system, and pipeline network, 6) construct and operate three 3,000 bbl emulsion gathering tanks, 7) construct and operate one 1,000 bbl drain tank, and 8) construct and operate emergency flare.
