Document Description
The San Diego Regional Water Quality Control Board issued a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certification (Certification No. R9-2021-0047) to the Project Applicant to construct a 72-unit apartment complex and to widen Industrial Blvd. to provide a sidewalk, curb and gutter, and landscaping. The road widening component will fill 0.02 acre (28 linear feet) of wetland waters of the U.S. and/or State. The applicant will rehabilitate 0.296 acre (512 linear feet) of existing on-site jurisdictional wetland waters and purchase 0.02 acre of re-stablished riverine jurisdictional wetland waters credits from the San Luis Rey Mitigation Bank as compensatory mitigation for the permanent loss of aquatic resources.
