The Administrative Office of the Courts proposes to acquire property, construct a new 3-courtroom courthouse and associated parking; and operate the facility to serve the Superior Court of CA, County of Kings. The proposed project includes a surface parking lot with approximately 135 parking spaces and a secure parking area for judicial officers and Superior Court managers. After completion of the proposed courthouse, the Superior Court will vacate the existing Delano/McFarland Branch Courthouse at 1122 Jefferson Street in Delano.
