Document Description
The purposes of the Project at the Lewis Learning Center and the Kemper Campbell Ranch, and terminates in downtown Victorville. The Project is located at the damaged section of the Upper Narrows pipeline, at the Victor Valley Interceptor (VVI; between manholes VV4-26 through VV5-1), and the South Apple Valley Interceptor (SAVI; between manholes AV1 through AV4), in the Upper Narrows section of the Mojave River. Three staging and laydown areas (between 0.38 and 1.0 acre in size) will be located in disturbed areas near the Project construction area, including the Kemper Campbell Ranch, the Lewis Learning Center, and between C and 7th Streets.
