Document Description
The project proposes four six-story residential buildings, two parking garages, a recreation center, and a common area servicing these residential buildings as part of the overall La Jolla Crossroads development. The project proposes a total of 47 on-site affordable housing units consisting of a proportionate mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units to the 472 dwelling units. The units would be restricted by an agreement for affordable housing acceptable to the City's Housing Commission. The units would be completed and ready for occupancy consistent with the terms of the agreement with the Housing Commission.
