Document Description
The project proposes to drill and test sixteen (16) exploratory oil/gas wells. The IS/MND consisted of eighteen (18) exploratory oil/gas wells. The applicant has since withdrawn two (2) wells from the project. These two wells are Kopps 1-15 (S15/T29S/R25E,MDB&M) and Transamerica Minerals 1-16 (S16/T28S/R24E,MDB&M). The applicant shall purchase and surrender NOx emission reduction credits to SJV Air Pollution Control district prior to commencing the project to mitigate the emissions to a less than significant level.
