Document Description
The project is a used oil recycling facility and CA designated hazardous waste collection facility. The facility, which was approved in 2015 and is currently operating, is permitted to process up to 1,500,000 gallons of used oil per month. Other CA designated hazardous wastes received. In much smaller quantities, would include waste antifreeze, non-RCRA wastewater, and oil-contaminated solid waste. The approved project does not include the storage, treatment, or transportation of federal hazardous wastes. The supplemental EIR reexamines the cumulative impacts of the project.
