A CUP to allow the construction an approximately 36,000 s.f. wine production facility and tasting room that would be constructed in two phases. Phase I construction would include a 1,587 sf tasting room, 9,058 sf processing area, 8,657 sf of barrel storage area (that includes a 3,836 sf cave), 3,667 sf for administration use areas, a 376 sf kitchen, and 8,199 sf of outdoor areas (that includes a 5,679 sf roof top terrace and 2,520 sf crush/receiving area). Phase II construction would include a 1,662 sf fermentation room addition, 727 sf of mezzanine extension area, and a 1,600 sf bottling room. Wine production is estimated to be 10,000 cases annually at build-out.
