Document Description
The proposed project consists of a General Plan amendment, change of zone, and tentative tract map to subdivide the 13.1-acre project site into 53 lots for residential development. The project proposes to amend the General Plan to redesignate the site from Low Density Residential (LDR) to Medium Density Residential (MDR). The project also proposes to change the zoning of the site from A-2-1 and A-2-5 (Heavy Agriculture) to R-1 (Single Family Residential). Finally, the project proposes a tentative tract map (No. 36373) for the development of 53 single family residential units with a minimum lot size of 7,200 s.f.
