This is a city-initiated request to review and adopt the 2021-2029 Housing Element Update in accordance with Government Code Sections 65580 through 65589, and an Addendum to the Eastvale General Plan Final EIR (State Clearinghouse No. 2011111061) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15164. Also to adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. PLN22-20016 ADOPTING THE 2021-2029 Housing Element Update in accordance with California Government Code Sections 65580 through 65589, and an Addendum to Eastvale General Plan Final EIR (State Clearinghouse No. 2011111061) in accordance with CEQA Guidelines Section 15164.
