The Menifee Union School District is proposing to construct and operate a new elementary school for 900 to 1,000 students (kindergarten through 5th grades), with about 37 class rooms on about 15.5 acres of real property located near the northeast corner of Elliott Road and Pat Road, in an unincorporated area of Riverside County that is currently vacant and formerly used for agricultural and residential purposes. The following two Murrieta Valley Unified School District schools are located within two miles of the Proposed Project.
