The proposed project also includes four bus bays for loading and unloading passengers and for layovers and may include one electric bus charging station. The original alternative (Alternative 1) remains unchanged as described in the previous Draft EIR. The new alternative (Alternative 2) is located on vacant City-owned property north of the future Gold Line Azusa-Alameda Station. Construction of the proposed project is anticipated to begin in 2012 and be completed in 2014.
