Document Description
The project consists of constructing two adjacent ground-mount photovoltaic power plants, each of approximately 1.47 megawatts capacity. Each of the two plants will consist of approximately 7,500 photovoltaic panels supplying two inverter stations delivering approximately 750 kW at 12,000 volts AC into the utility distribution system under contract with Southern CA Edison as part of the CREST renewable energy program. Once built the stations will operate unstaffed and deliver power that will supply the local distribution network of Desert Hot Springs and from there feed into the general power grid of CA.
