The proposed project is located at 200 East First American Way in the southeastern portion of the City of Santa Ana. The proposed project requires a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to Specific Development Plan 43 (SD-43) to increase the number of residential units allowed, an amendment to the Development Agreement, approval to modify parking requirements to allow for reduced and tandem parking, a subdivision map, and approval of the site plan.
