Document Description
The proposed project is to support future roadway projects by amending the Metropolitan Bakersfield General Plan Circulation Element to change Landco Drive to local road and Knudsen Drive to a collector designation between Hageman Road and Olive Drive. Realign the existing Landco Drive collector south of Hageman Road to connect to Knudson Drive. Reclassify Hageman Road between Knudsen Drive and SR 99 from Arterial to Freeway. Amend Bikeway Master Plan to remove future bikeway between Landco Drive and Knudsen Drive. The project is in support of future projects by Kern County Roads Department, CA Department of Transportation and the Thomas Roads Improvement Program.
