Document Description
SDP to allow for the construction of a new, approximately 1,200-linear-foot, 12-foot wide paved class I multi-use (bicycle and pedestrian) pathway with 2-foot wide shoulders on each side ultimately connecting to existing pathways on the east and west. The multi-use pathway would be constructed of a concrete and permeable aggregate base and includes striping, signage and lighting. Two construction staging areas would be located at both ends of the 30 foot wide construction corridor: one 30-by 50-foot area west of SR-163 within bare ground; the second approximately 20- by 30-foot area east of SR 163 within an existing developed area. Other improvements would include the construction of access ramps, retaining wall, gravity walls, kiosks, lighted bollards, peeler log fencing and the installation of a 2-foot wide, 3 inch thick layer of mulch from edge of pavement.
