Request by Siempre Adelante LLC for a CUP and Variance to allow for development of a recreational vehicle resort with 130 spaces. The proposed resort will include the conversion of an existing approximately 6,100 s.f. building into a clubhouse, and new construction consisting of a 4,700 s.f. building to include an office, convenience market, laundry facility, restroom and exercise room and an additional 880 s.f. restroom. The proposed resort also includes 2-swimming pools, a playground, and BBQ area. The project includes a request for a variance to the Planning Area Standards and LUO Modifications.
