Document Description
Said Agency, as Lead Agency, is providing public notice of its intent to adopt a MND for the construction of an arsenic water treatment plant and a series of water system interconnections. The water treatment plant will be constructed on 6 parcels of land located on the northwest corner of the intersection of Lorraine Avenue and Davenport Street. The system interconnections will be constructed along dedicated Right of Way and Public Utility Easements. The northerly interconnection will run along Glendower Avenue between Claymine Road and Gulf Street. The southerly interconnection will run south on Claymine Road to the Sunset Apartments complex and west and south along an easement to the Fountain Trailer Park site.
