Coastal Development Permit to allow the construction, use and maintenance of five retaining walls varying in height from 0-feet to 22-feet and freestanding graded deck in conjunction with required remedial slope repair work for an existing single-family dwelling located in a Hillside Area within the R1-1 Zone. As proposed, the project will also require the granting of a Zoning Administrators Adjustment to permit a 13-foot over-in-height retaining wall within the required front yard setback and public right-of-way, and a Zoning Administration Determination to permit the construction, use and maintenance of five retaining walls in lieu of the maximum two permitted within the Hillside Area.
