Document Description
The Chula Vista Elementary School District proposes to construct the Otay Ranch Village 11 Elementary School Site Project on approximately 11.85 acres of District-owned real property located at 1650 Exploration Falls Drive in the City of Chula Vista, CA, as reflected in Figures 1-1 through 1-5 of the IS prepared for the Project. The Project Site is identified as San Diego County Assessor Parcel Nos. 643-610-43-00 and 643-610-44-00. The Project Site was acquired by the District in April 2008, and has been contemplated as an elementary school site since 1993 as part of the Otay Ranch Development.
