Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2014-0055-R5) to the Project applicant, John Ilasin of the City of Santa Barbara. The Project proposes to build a pre-fabricated span bridge which will not impede flows. A shallow sewer pipe will be buried to a depth of 3 feet below the invert and manholes will be relocated. The following also need to be completed: Constructing of the temporary creek diversion system, bridge pile installation, constructing of bridge abutment walls, completion of grading of the top half of the creek slopes under the bridge from Station 12+50.00 to Station 13+25.00, rock slope protection under the bridge between the area of rock slope toe protection and top of slope, architectural treatments of abutment walls, and removal of the temporary creek diversion system.
