Document Description
The proposed project includes a conceptual Master Plan for the Downtown Atascadero Creek block between the Sunken Gardens and Colony Square. The proposed project is consistent with the City's 2005 Downtown Revitalization Plan. The proposed improvements will improve pedestrian circulation throughout the Downtown, provide additional public parking for Colony Square, and create a more walkable downtown business district.
