The Energy Farm would include approximately 100 1-MW solar photovoltaic panel arrays and approximately 50 3-MW wind turbines, along with an operations and maintenance facility, access roads, water infrastructure, an underground electrical energy collection system and a substation. The Gen-Tie Line would interconnect with the Los Angeles Dept. of Water and Power Barren Ridge-Rinaldi transmission line (1.3 miles east) or to Southern California Edison's Antelope Valley Substation (4.8 miles east).
