Coastal Development Permit to allow the demolition of an existing 915 sq. ft. single-family dwelling & construction, use & maintenance of a new 2-story, 5,287 sq. ft. single-family dwelling including a basement floor, an attached 2-car garage, outdoor swimming pool & a 180 sq. ft. accessory structure (gazebo) on a single R1-1 zoned lot in the Hillside Area. As proposed, the project will also require the granting of a second Coastal Development Permit to allow the construction, use & maintenance of a second, 2-story, 5,287 sq. ft. recreation room on an abutting, vacant R1-1 zoned lot in the Hillside Area.
