Document Description
Variance/Coastal Development Permit to allow grading on slopes in excess of 30 percent to expand an existing irrigation pond, raising the pond edge six feet and further expanding the pond upslope. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 3.2 acres of a 185 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Agriculture land use category and is located on the north side of Highway 41 at 1820 Atascadero Road, east of the city of Morro Bay and the intersection of Ironwood Avenue and State Highway 41, within Rural Estero in the Estero planning area.
