Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code (# 1600-2014-0206-R5) to the Project applicant, Scott Stone, Cornstock Homes. Permittee proposes construct a vehicle bridge over Tecolotito Creek for traffic circulation for a new housing project consisting of 465 residential units within a 43 acres site. The development setback area on the northeast side of the creek will be restored and the riparian habitat will be expanded to a 100-foot width to provide native plant cover, a walking path, and to provide mitigation for the bridge. The restoration shall follow the plan submitted with the notification. There are two check dams with the Project site and both check dams shall be removed or altered/notched so no drop is more than 12-inches, to allow aquatic species to move freely within the reach.
