Document Description
The project includes 465 residential units, recreational facilities, open space areas, a 4.82 acre Neighborhood Park, and associated infrastructure on 43.13 acres. Access to the site would be from a new four-way intersection at Calle Koral/Los Carneros Road and Cortona Drive via a bridge across Tecolotito Creek. Water would be provided by the Goleta Water District. Sewer service would be provided by the Goleta West Sanitary District.
