Document Description
The project involves the removal of a fire damaged structure and grading of the site. No further development is planned after site rehabilitation. The project is situated near the confluence of Little Lost Man Creek and Prairie Creek. The site is flat and located more than 150 feet away from both watercourses. The site is surrounded by a compacted gravel driveway, which provides access off of Highway 101. Removal of the fire debris and grading of the site will remove a public hazard and improve the aesthetics of the site. Grading and minor backfilling of the building footprint will be limited to approximately 1/4 acre on slopes less than 10 percent.
