Document Description
The Sacramento Air District and other air districts in the Sacramento Federal Nonattainment Area adopted and submitted the Sacramento Regional 8-Hour Ozone Attainment and Reasonable Further Progress Plan (Plan) in early 2009. The Plan included transportation control measures (TCMs) to reduce ozone precursors in the Sacramento Region. Due to limited funding and higher priority in American Recovery and Reinvestment Act projects, two TCM implementation dates are being rescheduled and one TCM will be removed and substituted by an alternatie project. The TCM rescheduling and substitution does not expect any changes to the environment.
