Document Description
The project consists of twelve to fifteen abandoned vessels and 100 cubic yards of marine debris that has been illegally dumped along the Sacramento and San Joaquin Rivers and associated waterways in Sacramento County. Department of Resources Recycling and Recovery's contractor will remove and properly dispose of the abandoned vessels and illegally dumped marine debris. The hazardous waste and metal debris will be segregated from the waste stream and sent to the appropriate disposal and recycling facilities. Total waste volume to be removed is estimated to be approximately 800 cubic yards.
