Document Description
Install a self-service fee station (iron ranger) and signage along the access road to Nimbus Shoals within Folsom Lake State Recreation Area to collect revenue. Work will grade the area to widen and improve an existing dirt turn-out along the access road. The improved turn-out will be approximately 8' wide by 20' long and additional work will install additional boulders as vehicle barriers along the perimeter of this turn-out as needed. Excavate a hole 2'X2' by 3' deep to install an iron ranger in the turn-out area; excavate two postholes 1' wide X 3'deep to install a "pay here" sign at the turn-out as well as a "fee area" sign at the top of the access road near the intersection with the paved bike path.
