Document Description
The modernization of an existing elementary school to accommodate a student population of 525. Modernization projects consists of the installation of 4 new modular classrooms (includes 1 kindergarten classroom). Additional campus modernization components include: a new covered student lunch areas; walkway and restroom improvements for ADA compliance; energy saving upgrades; provide occupancy sensors in classrooms, restrooms, storage areas and offices, improvements to power and data kindergarten classroom); renovations to the school entry and administration area. The modernization projects also include improvements to existing infrastructure systems to address deferred maintenance issues, and refresh the campus aesthetics.
