Document Description
The purpose of this project is to replace two sections of dilapidating fencing for Oceano Dunes SVRA park residences. Fence replacement will be occurring in the east-facing, backyards for residence #1, facility No. 446-A-3-05-3-001, and residence #2, facility No. 446-A-3-05-2-001. The project will stay within existing residence lots and follow approximately the same footprint as the old fence. The replacement fences will be made of new cedar panels and metal posts. Some site modifications will need to take place such as tree trimming and brush removal which will be necessary to gain access due to overgrown vegetation that has displaced sections of the existing fence.
