The proposed Project seeks to make necessary repairs to Historic Cottage No. 2 at San Clemente State Beach. The Proposed Project's scope is to remove the existing foundation and stem wall of the bedroom portion. Proper structural supports will be employed during all work phases. Excavations will be made below the building to install a new foundation and stem wall to bring the building to code compliance.
