Document Description
The San Clemente Inn is requesting a right-of-entry permit to perform the Buildings 1 & 2 Foundation Underpinning System & Drilled Pier Retaining Wall/Slope Stabilization project ("Project") followed by a storm drain easement. The scope of the stabilization project includes the repair of the San Clemente Inn's buildings 1 and 2 which have subsided and caused breakage to the foundation and flooring. The planned project will fix the broken sections and add support under the buildings. The final phases of the project will replace landscaping (with natives) and direct site drainage to the small ravine below these two buildings. The easement requested for the purposes of maintaining an 8" storm drain to terminate with an energy dissipater in a small canyon on State Park property. The design is that of the least erosive nature and will serve to protect both property interests long term.
