Document Description
An existing 25-foot retaining wall that collapsed into the creek in April 2011 will be lifted out of the creek channel. Following removal, existing fill soils on the eastern side of the creek will be re-contoured and set back from the existing toe of slope at a maximum 1.5:1 ratio. A trench will be keyed into the toe of the slope and filled with rock riprap. Riprap will also be used to line the lower five vertical feet of the bank. The upper portion of the bank will be lined with filter fabric and planted with a native grass hydroseed mix and native trees and shrubs. Issuance of Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0344-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
