Document Description
CCWA will deliver up to 20,000 acre-feet of CCWA's 2011 Table A water to DRWD and the Westside Districts. The water will be stored in the Kern Water Bank and used to serve existing DRWD customers and the Kern Water Bank and/or Berrenda Mesa Banking facilities for the Kern Westside Districts. In exchange, prior to December 31, 2021, DRWD and the Kern Westside Districts will repay CCWA with 2 AF for every 3 AF delivered, less losses incurred. All water will be transferred via SWP facilities.
