Document Description
From approximately 1980 through 2010, a dry cleaning facility was operated at the Site. Sampling confirmed that both soil and groundwater beneath and surrounding the Site has been impacted with Tetrachoroethene On 7 October 2011, the Central Valley Water Board issued a cleanup and abatement order ("CAO") pursuant to Water Code section 13304 to complete remediateion activities at the Site in accordance with state and local permits.
