The project site consists of an existing creek located next to 3405 Bartlett Way. The City's Fire Department has indicated that emergency access to the property is compromised by the lack of an operational driveway. The project consists of reconstruction of a driveway and culvert that was washed away during a storm in March 2011; the project will involve no expansion of an existing use.
