The Project involves four encroachments and is limited to the annual placement and removal of a single-screened, 7.5 horse power agricultural pump intake, the seasonal diversion of up to 10 acre-feet of channel surface waters for agricultural and domestic irrigation, minor vegetation maintenance for infrastructure access and removal of refuse including a tire and a vehicle seat frame from dry areas within the channel.
