Document Description
The project is limited to two components:
1. Modification of an existing boulder at the crest of the lower falls, using pneumatic tools, to improve the condition of the low flow channel the boulder is constricting.
2. Remove 2-3 existing boulders currently blocking the high flow secondary channel to improve fish passage at higher stream flows.
Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0352-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
