Document Description
In order to improve vineyard drainage characteristics, decrease sediment input into adjacent streams and improve riparian habitat, the Project will remove one outfall structure, realign two existing culverts, increase vineyard to stream buffers and implement a riparian restoration program. Along the unnamed tributary to Windsor Creek running through the property, the Permittee proposed removing vines in order to attain a 50' setback from the top of bank. Vines will also be removed adjacent to the smaller unnamed tributary in order to achieve a 25' setback from the top of bank. The Project includes the following modifications to existing structures.
Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement No. 1600-2011-0285-3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
