Document Description
The project consists of reinforcing the shore zone of a private property along the west shore of Lake Tahoe. The project consists of the following construction: Placement of granite boulder revetment along shoreline; Placement of granite boulder revetment across the vertical concrete wall that extends; approximately 10 feet across the property at the upland end of a pier; Use of an excavator placed on a barge to place boulders with the use of a turbidity curtain to contain fine sediment; Installation of micro-piles (all-thread steel rod that is drilled through a concrete foundation and loose soil into underlying firm soil or rock) and grouting the steel rod to the foundation; and Minor masonry work.
