Document Description
Accomplish minor grading to the yard area of Residence 3 at the Burlington facility within Humboldt Redwoods State Park to facilitate drainage away from structure's foundation. Excavate a trench approximately 2 ft. deep by 2 ft. wide filled with permeable drain rock with a 4 inch perforated pipe suspended in the rock across the rear of the house to function as a "French drain" to drain overland flow from the hillside behind the house continuing downhill along the side of the house until it "daylights" in the side yard.
