Document Description
The proposed Project involves renovations and tenant improvements to a portion of an existing building. The improvements will include general clean-up and interior patching and painting. The proposed Project will not increase the existing building square footage, nor will it change the current use of the work area. The work area will be used by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. The Department provides law enforcement services to Los Angeles County facilities and the proposed Project will improve the work area to meet current public health and safety standards, as well as Department space standards. Prior to the proposed Project, the occupancy load of the work area was zero. Upon completion of the proposed Project, the occupancy load of the work area will be zero.

All necessary public services are currently available to the facility.
