Document Description
The Riverside Community College District is considering constructing beginning in July 2011 of a Network Operating Center that will house telephone and network operations equipment, provide offices for staff and support space for equipment repair, storage and staging of new equipment for the Moreno Valley College Campus. The construction of the NOC facility will last approximately 8 months. The proposed project will consist of rough grading, development of a building pad, on-site utility runs and connections, construction of a 1,966 s.f. NOC facility, construction of a new parking lot with 5 parking spaces with service drives and fire lanes, construction of new concrete walkways and patios, installation of landscape and irrigation, and relocation of existing facilities. No more than 2 acres of disturbance will occur as a result of the proposed NOC construction.
